Challenge

Improving on 2020 media plan of a previous agency, to substantially lower CPV and increasing the YoY direct response rate.

Action

Revised previous agency’s plan to develop a performance-driven campaign strategy by selecting channels with the best affinity & CPV.

By utilizing dynamic optimization and attentive monitoring, we managed to lower CPV and continuously improve performance KPIs between flights, continuously improving our own campaigns from 2022 to 2023 across KPIs.
