  • Take a peek at our 2026 kick-off in Frankfurt. 👀

Two days with the whole team in one place. This felt very special, given how rarely it happens and how much we’ve grown (quite a few new faces joined recently!).

We took the time to look back at the last few years, where we came from, and where we’re going. We’re incredibly proud of what we achieved in 2025 especially.

But it wasn’t only about results and growth. It was also about how everyone’s coping along the way. Through open conversations, sharing ideas, and involving everyone; all with the aim of building a stronger team and pinpointing the perks that truly matter for a steady 2026.

It was motivating in a very special way. We’re proud of the clients we work with, the numbers we’re reaching, and all the people behind it.

  • 📣 A WORD FROM OUR CEO & COO 📣

2025 was BIG!
Looking back on this year, we can only be proud. This has been our strongest year to date!

We brought brands to TV, CTV, OOH, radio, and podcasts. And we grew while doing it. We tested, learned, adjusted, and scaled. We tried new things, built new formats, and challenged ourselves more than once. Campaign by campaign, project by project, we sharpened how we think and how we execute.

And none of this would have happened without the people around us.

Our team showed up every day with ambition and attention to detail. Strategy sessions, calls, analysis, questions, ideas. They did the work behind the work, and we’re extremely grateful for it.

To our clients and partners: thank you. Thank you for your trust. We’ve created wonderful campaigns and constantly pushed boundaries.

No worries, we’re already building what comes next. New capabilities, new hires, new challenges. And if this year taught us anything, it’s that we’re only getting started. 🚀

  • A couple of weeks ago, we hosted our first GLADTONETWORK Dinner and honestly, it couldn’t have gone better.

You could feel it the moment people walked in: the room filled up, conversations started, and suddenly it didn’t feel like a “client event” at all. It felt like a dinner among people who genuinely enjoy spending time together.

No presentations, no name tags, no awkward small talk. Just laughter, stories, and the kind of conversations you don’t get on video calls.

It was a good reminder that strong partnerships aren’t built in meetings or emails. They grow from moments like these.
