Revising previous agency’s plan develop a performance-driven campaign strategy by selecting channels with the best affinity & a focus on low Cost per New Lead.

Action

By utilizing dynamic optimization and attentive monitoring, we managed to lower  and continuously improve performance KPIs between flights.


Not only did we reach their target (to decrease Cost for New Lead from previous agency by 16%), but we further decreased CpNL by 48%, exceeding target by 32%.
