Hey there! I’m Pouriya, a Media Consultant who thrives on creativity and strategic thinking. Joining the GLADTOBE team on April 1st, 2024, marked the beginning of an exciting journey that I’m thrilled to share with you.
What's your biggest learning from the first 100 days?
Wow! 100 days past!?! that’s unbelievable. The past 100 days have taught me the power of adaptability and the importance of a supportive team. Transitioning into a fast-paced environment required me to be flexible and open to new ways of thinking. I’ve learned that collaboration and trust are the bedrock of success here at GLADTOBE. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach; it’s all about finding innovative solutions and learning continuously from each project and colleague.
How was the onboarding with GLADTOBE and the team?
My onboarding experience was anything but traditional. I hit the ground running with my first task, jumping straight into a great competitor analysis for our clients as well as monitoring and analyzing the TV campaigns. This immersive approach allowed me to quickly understand the company’s goals and culture. The team welcomed me warmly, and their enthusiasm was contagious. From day one, I felt a part of this incredible family, blending in seamlessly and enjoying every moment of this fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What has been your biggest achievement so far?
Actually, I believe that each achievement has its own significance, so it’s not always ideal to compare them. However, if I had to choose my biggest achievement, it would be integrating into a team that works in a field I am genuinely passionate about—it truly puts me on cloud nine. For me, it’s essential to have the motivation to do my job every day, not just by pushing myself to complete tasks, but by approaching them with enthusiasm. I’m grateful to be part of GLADTOBE, working alongside such a friendly and remarkable team where I am learning different aspects of media and getting more experiences due to the variety of clients that we have.
How you are seeing the next 100 days?
The next 100 days are all about growth and innovation. I aim to push the boundaries of our media strategies, exploring cutting-edge techniques to engage our audience effectively. I’m also looking forward to mentoring new team members, sharing the insights I’ve gained, and learning from them in return. Building stronger client relationships and delivering outstanding results remain top priorities. Here’s to more creativity, collaboration, and achieving great things together at GLADTOBE.
